Okan Gezgen
Okan graduated from Bilkent University Law School in 2011. He completed his LL.M. degree in Queen Mary University of London in 2014.

Okan has a wealth of experience advising clients through a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. This includes assisting with the establishment of subsidiaries, corporate restructuring, legal mergers, and spin-offs, as well as providing expert advice on corporate governance. In the realm of mergers and acquisitions, Okan has been a trusted advisor to clients across diverse industries such as technology, energy, media, and sports, handling high-profile and strategic transactions, including cross-border acquisitions and international joint ventures. He has also represented private equity funds, venture capitalists, angel investors, and strategic investors in their investment and acquisition transactions, while also providing counsel to selling shareholders and families across various sectors and transaction sizes.

Sevinc
Caner Sevinc is a commercial-minded international lawyer who has been focusing on regulatory matters and product counselling for various crypto and fintech companies, as well as mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, data protection and governance. He has advised banks, insurance companies, electronic money institutions, payments institutions, and crypto asset service providers on various regulatory and commercial matters during his legal career, combining roles at top-tier law firms and in-house positions of major crypto and fintech companies.
Caner has vast experience working in multiple jurisdictions, including Turkey, England and Wales, the European Union and the Middle East. He holds his LL.M. degree from Galatasaray University. He has an International Compliance Association (ICA) certificate in Anti-Money Laundering and various certifications in Anti-Bribery Management System Awareness and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
He’s admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association and a member of the Law Society in England and Wales.
